Current position
We no longer need to defer withdrawal and switch requests from our property, Select Reserve and Select Distribution funds. We still have to process a number of outstanding requests, so it may take slightly longer than normal to process a withdrawal request.
We’ll process transfer or surrender requests after all outstanding transfer or surrender requests have been dealt with. We’ll process switches at the prices that would normally apply based on the date and time we received the instruction in our head office.
What happens now?
- From 1 October, withdrawals and switches from our property, Select Reserve and Select Distribution funds can be made as usual.
- We’ll process transfer, surrender and other withdrawal requests as normal.
- We’ll process switch requests at the prices that apply at the date and time we received the request in our head office.
